I blame my children entirely for my constant willingness to eat dessert. I have never known hunger like that of a woman feeding a newborn. Despite that that stage of life has passed, I still find myself finding any excuse to eat dessert at most (read all) times of the day and night.
This is a favourite around here. These individually sized puddings can be used as a means to stick to prudent portion sizes, or you may throw caution to the wind and eat them all. Delivered to your home frozen, they can be warmed one at a time or all at once.
The caramel sauce, separately packaged, will generously drown the four puddings. Eating all of the sauce oneself, may not be cardiologist-approved practice; but you will find no judgment here.
Eat the puddings warm or cold (20-30 seconds in the microwave will warm them nicely), with or without the sauce. To omit the sauce would, I think, reveal a serious character flaw…
