This quiche is very like it’s vegetarian cousin, also on this week’s menu. Both are delicious.
Like all our quiches, this one is made with free range eggs. It also contains free range pork and locally grown onions: what’s not to love?
Eat it for dinner, eat it for a warming lunch. You could even eat it as part of a decadent breakfast/brunch if you’re lucky enough to live with civilised folk who understand the joy of breakfast at 10am, rather than 6am.

Ingredients: Eggs, bacon, onion, cream, milk, wonton pastry, olive oil, salt, pepper.
