For this we roast locally grown pumpkin, and mix it with garlic, caramelised onion, a sprinkling of rosemary and feta all piped into cannelloni tubes. The cannelloni are topped with our homemade bechamel sauce, and a sprinkling of quality, Australian parmesan.
And if that isn’t enough to make you want to eat it, here’s another thing: it goes from your freezer to your oven, to your plate, to your tummy without you having to crack a sweat. It’s also a good thing to stock your freezer with for the days when you can think of anything else you’d rather do than rush home to cook dinner.
