We know good dinners, done for you, change your daily life. But we think wholesome snacks could change your daily life too.
When I was little, Jaffas were a big deal. The most senior of family recipe testers (aka my Dad) LOVED them. And, perhaps as a consequence of my early and frequent exposure to them, so do I. There is something highly addictive I find, about the combination of orange and chocolate. These muffins combine nutritious whole orange with a sprinkling of choc chips.
And, these muffins are not only highly delicious, they’re high impact: made in our kitchen by clients of a local disability service, working alongside our team.
They’re high in fibre and zero in nasties. We’ll cook them fresh and snap freeze them for you. Keep them in your freezer, then all you need to do come lunchbox packing time, is remove as many as you need, and pop them into your lunch container. By morning tea time they’ll be defrosted and ready for munching.
