The family of Dinner on the Table pies is growing, and here’s the new kid on the block. Like it’s Chicken & Leek sibling this is a rustic, made-from-scratch pie. Beef mince is cooked with vegetables and wrapped in our signature housemade pastry. In order to keep the pastry as fresh as possible this pie is made fresh and then frozen.
This pie cooks beautifully straight from the freezer. Put it straight into your moderately hot oven for around 60mins. Or you can defrost it in the fridge overnight and cook it in around 25-30mins. Either way, you end up with a delicious pie, just as if you had made it yourself.
Suitable for a low sodium version.
Ingredients: Beef mince, flour, onion, carrot, celery, peas, butter, egg, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, vegetable stock (housemade), garlic, sugar, salt, ground fennel, dried oregano
