We’ve served various versions of this dinner to diners around the traps at events we’ve been asked to cater – It has always been eaten with gusto and enjoyed by all. So now we thought it was time to put it on our weekly specials menu.
Premium, grass fed beef, marinated in yoghurt and a bunch of spices and then cooked in a sauce of roasted red capsicums, tomatoes and yet more herbs and spices.
The result is delicious. When the beef is tender we add seasonal, locally grown cauliflower. It’s not overly chilli loaded so it won’t frighten younger diners, or those with a delicate disposition to chilli.
Cook some rice, steam some greens, reheat and serve. Enjoy.
