For this salad, you really have to think fresh herbs… and lots of them! Mint, coriander, and Thai basil, along with, tomatoes, cucumber and red onion. It’s an explosion of freshness and flavour.
Within the package of salad you’ll find the dressing so that you can dress the salad at whim, right before you eat it.
With the salad, tender beef strips are marinated, very quickly cooked and vacuum sealed for you. If you’d like to eat your salad warm simply drop the vacuum sealed bag into some hot water for a few minutes. If you haven’t got patience for that, however, you can, of course, just eat it cold.
Either way, tip the salad onto a platter, tip the beef on top, add dressing to taste and toss gently. Add some noodles if you feel so inclined. Dinner done.
Because we’re cooking this for you fresh, it will be ready for delivery after Tuesday this week.
