Sundried Tomato & Spinach Pasta Bake (Fresh)

I’ve decided that a good pasta bake spans the great summer/winter dining divide. It’s good for all seasons, quick to get on the table and a total crowd pleaser.

This dinner comes to you via Kate, who tested it on her people, and then brought some samples in to us in the kitchen. We all wolfed it down. It was completely delicious.

You will receive this ready to pop into the oven for around 20-30mins, until the mozzarella cheese is melted, golden and bubbling.

Enough said. Add salad on the side and dinner’s on the table.

Ingredients: Tomato passata, leek, mushrooms, pasta, spinach, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper.
