Cauliflowers are in season at the moment and we need to think of more excuses to eat them. So here’s a good one.
Cauliflower, sizzled bacon, and herbs all together in our housemade stock.This is a hearty, not-quite-smooth soup that both fills and warms you up. A chunk of crusty, buttered bread and you’re done.
The small sizes make an excellent “I-cannot-abide-another-sandwich-for-lunch” option. The large size will feed 2 adults.
Gluten free.
Ingredients: Cauliflower, vegetable stock, bacon, onion, milk, butter, garlic, parsley, olive oil, pepper
