We know good dinners, done for you, change your daily life. But we think wholesome snacks could change your daily life too.
I’m not going to tell you why the kitchen staff all know these apple and raspberry muffins are delicious. Just suffice it to say, they left some for you. Apples are beautiful at the moment, and for these muffins we grated up some crunchy, sweet Pink Ladies. Lovely against the ruby red raspberries.
Your muffin fruit should always be well coordinated, wouldn’t you say?

In any case, they’re high in fibre and zero in nasties. We’ll cook them fresh and snap freeze them for you. Keep them in your freezer, then all you need to do come lunchbox packing time, is remove as many as you need, and pop them into your lunch container. By morning tea time they’ll be defrosted and ready for munching.
Now for the discerning amongst you: we (read Rachel… but ‘we’ works too) accidentally bought a larger size muffin paper to make these lunch snacks. We only realised the error when we were struggling to fit 8 muffins in a large box. Know that you’re receiving as much muffin as the previous large box of 9… just in a slightly smaller number of muffin papers.
